    Story

Hardwired started in Jacksonville in 2003, when guitarist Eric Miley began working with drummers Derick Hardwick, Gary Demonbreun, Travis Coleman and Francis Patton. The music is built around the guitar, with saxophone, keyboards and vocals filling out the arrangements.

The band has always leaned on guests, some local and some well known. On Hardwired II, Brett Garsed takes the slide and solo work on "O.B.E." and Chris Poland solos on "Time Lapse Memory."
